3. Accessing the website

Access to the site is free and open. The seller reserves the right to restrict access in case of abusive or fraudulent use.

4. Products and information

The products sold are presented for informational purposes only. The images are indicative and there may be slight differences in color or texture from the actual product, depending on the screen settings.

Product descriptions do not represent contractual obligations.

5. Prices

All prices are expressed in RON.
The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

The final price is the one displayed at the time of placing the order.

6. Order

Placing an order on the site represents acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

The order becomes firm when it is confirmed by the seller, by phone or email.

The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the following situations:

incomplete or incorrect data
suspicions of fraud
unavailability of products

7. Payment methods

Payment can be made through the methods displayed on the site upon completion of the order (e.g. online payment, cash on delivery, etc.).

The seller does not store bank card data.

8. Delivery

Delivery is made by courier services, to the address indicated by the customer.

Delivery times are approximately 5 business days for in-stock products and 10 business days for customized products. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the courier company.

9. Right of return

The customer has the right to return products on the website that are not customized, according to the legislation in force.

They must be returned in intact condition, without signs of wear or damage, within a maximum of 14 days.

Custom-made products cannot be returned, according to current legislation.
