Delivery & Return Products

This Delivery and Return Policy applies to products sold by NBC DESIGN TEAM SRL through the Bianca Nica Shop online store.

DELIVERY

1. Delivery times

The delivery of products is done as follows:

Products in stock :
delivery within approximately 3-5 working days.
Made-to-order or personalized products :
delivery within approximately 3-7 business days.

The deadlines are indicative and may vary depending on the volume of orders or the courier company.

2. Delivery costs

Delivery in Romania : 40 lei
International delivery : 200 lei

➡️ Free delivery in Romania for orders with a minimum value of 1,000 lei .

The delivery cost is displayed immediately before completing the order.

3. Delivery method

Delivery is made by courier services, to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

NBC DESIGN TEAM SRL cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

4. Right of withdrawal

According to GEO 34/2014, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without specifying the reasons.

5. Products that CANNOT be returned

Returns are not accepted for:

customized products
made-to-order products
products modified according to customer requirements (dimensions, cut, color, special details)
underwear products

These products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, according to art. 16, letter c of GEO 34/2014.

6. Return conditions (standard products)

Products that are not personalized can only be returned if:

I am within the legal 14-day period.
are in the same condition they were delivered in
shows no signs of wear, washing or damage
have the labels intact

7. Return procedure

To initiate the return, the customer must submit a request to:

The request must contain:

full name
order number
returned product

8. Return costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.

9. Refund of amounts

The refund of the value of the returned products will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product, through the same payment method initially used or through a mutually agreed method.
